A very nice, bright, spacious apartment. The center is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. It’s on the 4th floor, which shouldn’t be a problem for sporty people.

“Bright and spacious.”
Loved the location. The apartment is positioned a short walk to the city center, a supermarket and all the great spots within Ljubljana. We also had a parking spot right downstairs which was very handy as we had hired a car to travel around Slovenia. The only real minus was the number of stairs to get to the apartment itself. We would stay here again and recommend the apartment.

“Spacious and pleasant!”
A spacious and pleasant apartment, with the ideal location in a beautiful avenue lined with embassies and overlooking the Tivoli Park. Five to ten minutes’ walk to the old town, bars and restaurants. It’s very well equipped (dishes, kitchenware, washing machine, cot and high chair, lots of storage…). The parking space behind the building is very convenient if you are renting a car for visiting Slovenia. It’s located on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. The agency that manages the apartment was very nice. I highly recommend it!

“I would love to stay in this apartment again”
It’s a fully-equipped apartment and it’s really easy to get to the city center from it. It’s located next to the police-office. IThere’s a dishwasher and a parking lot is available as well. I would love to visit this apartment again.

“This location is prime!”
This location is prime! We didn’t have to use our car at all because all of the things are within walking distance. The walk up the stairs is no joke, though. We were traveling with our 4-month-old baby for the first time, so it was nice to find a place that had free parking, an in-unit laundry, lots of space to hang out in for when the baby was being crazy and we had to stay in every evening (luckily she was a champ and we didn’t have to!). The hosts arranged for a pack and play and a high chair for us, which was very nice because we didn’t know that was available when we originally booked. Not having to haul a travel crib was a big win.
The master bed was comfortable, the air-conditioner worked well, the apartment was clean and the washing machine did the job. The only thing to really improve is the bathroom/shower situation. They do mention this, but I didn’t fully understand from the description that the only shower in the apartment is in the master bedroom. Not attached to it, it’s just really in the room. There’s a nice, bigger bathroom, for the whole apartment but that one doesn’t have a shower, only a tub with no shower head option. Aside from that though, it is a great place to stay in Ljubljana!

“A big apartment on a quiet residential street.”
A very nice and big apartment in a quiet residential street. It’s close enough to the center, five to ten minutes’ walk to the old town and river, but also away from the noise of the tourists. We had a great time in Slovenia and highly recommend it. The hosts provided plenty of tips on things to do and helped us with booking a cab on our way out.

A lovely, modern apartment and a lovely greeter. Close to the center but in a quiet neighborhood. It’s perfect for a family. It is on the fourth floor so be prepared to go up with your luggage. The stairs are clean, wide and comfortable, though. A plus for the parking place.

A beautiful apartment with the parking place directly in the backyard. It has the perfect location for visiting the old town but still manages to be quiet. Many embassies are located in the area. The communication was a bit slow and unsatisfactory. The exact time of arrival was required but we could only specify it with a time window of thirty minutes. As a result, we had to wait until the young lady showed up.

“The time we spent in the apartment was a delight.”
Each year, three of us travel to a European City for a four-day holiday. This year, we chose to visit Ljubljana, and as usual, we looked for an apartment that could easily accommodate the three of us. The apartment we selected was on Prešernova Ulica street, which was a great decision.
The apartment is a delight, clean, modern and spacious and most importantly it’s easily within walking distance of the whole city. We were greeted by a very friendly Eva who showed us around the apartment and gave us some advice about the city sights. She was very helpful. To be honest, we were not in the apartment a lot but the time we spent in there was a delight. Very comfortable. There were a couple of minor niggles which we reported, only two wine glasses, one of which was broken, but I am sure that has been corrected already. They were very helpful in allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment until half past two PM as we had afternoon return flights.
This is a great city and we were very, very happy with our Ljubljana apartment and the team!

A great location for a stay in Ljubljana, just a short walk to the city center. The communication was very smooth – professional, precise, friendly and charming. The separate bathrooms were really useful! The furnishing was a bit spartan but suited me fine. It was very comfortable, with plenty of space.

“A wonderfully located, large and very clean apartment.”
This is a wonderfully located, large, very clean, fairly typical “European” apartment. By that, I mean that it is somewhat sparsely decorated and that the towels, which are air-dried, are pretty scratchy – not a judgment but a note to anyone who lives in the U.S. and is used to designer decorations and fluffy machine dried towels. We walked to town every day – it was that incredibly close to everything (downtown – restaurants, bars, shops, sightseeing). The beds were very comfortable and the host provided plenty of pillows. We didn’t do any cooking while we were there but the kitchen was large and appeared well stocked. There were two parking spots available, which were great, but be sure to ask for a demo of how it all works as it is a bit tricky. Also, note that it is on the fourth floor and that there is no lift so the climb up is quite a few steps. That’s not something you want to do with a ton of luggage, a stroller or a lot of bags full of groceries. The check-in and check-out were both a breeze and the communication with the hosts was very simple. Overall, a great apartment with parking and super close to the city center!

A fantastic, luxurious apartment. This is one of those places that surpasses the photos. The living room has been reconfigured and the TV upgraded to about a fifty inch Samsung LCD flat panel, mounted on the far wall in the huge living space. The comfortable lounging couch faces the TV and is super comfortable for relaxing and watching one of the many English language channels available, or the included HBO on demand. You can also stream your own Netflix and connect it to HDMI on the TV (just unplug the HDMI cable from the cable box and plug into your laptop). The WiFi is super fast and always reliable.
The huge shower that is in the master bedroom may seem a little weird from the photos but it is terrific. The little bathroom off the hall is just that – very little but it worked out fine for the two of us. The main bathroom has lots of counter space and there are heated towel racks in the shower for drying everything quickly. In our week-long stay, we even used the washer/dryer in the laundry room. We also slept great here because of the comfortable bed and because the bedroom is located in the back. It was very quiet.
This apartment spoiled us. It’s a beautiful place in a great neighborhood (the US Embassy is down the street). The location is terrific, about a ten-minute walk will take you to the main square on the river. There is also the parking space for zero hassle with parking your car. There isn’t an elevator but the walk up to the fourth floor was easy. We could live here for a month and if we are ever back in Ljubljana, we’ll stay here again in a heartbeat.

This apartment is one of the most comfortable places we’ve stayed at during our travels as a family of three. The setup is perfect for a family with small children as the kids can be close by but completely separated as well. The open concept of the living and kitchen space is wonderful for the evening family time and/or breakfasts together in the mornings. The free parking space is appreciated and the location could not be better – just in between the beautiful Tivoli Park and the old town area. A quick five-minute walk takes you to cafes, shops, markets, restaurants and the sights of Ljubljana. This apartment is quiet, spacious, warm and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

We are currently staying in the best apartment we’ve ever visited, right in the center of the city, within easy walking distance of all the local sights and attractions. We can not fault the amazing service provided by Fine Ljubljana Apartments, right from the moment we first approached them to make a reservation. They have been efficient, informative, kind and helpful. Upon arrival, the greeter came as soon as we called her and explained every detail of the accommodation, where to go, which local shops to visit etc… She even came back the next day to bring an extra set of keys that we requested.
The flat is huge, spotless and amazingly well equipped with everything you could possibly wish for. The little touches such the dishwasher and washing powder, condiments and soaps make life so much easier, self catering is a joy in such a well-fitted kitchen. We would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a five-star accommodation in the beautiful capital, and we’ll certainly return. We’ll be bringing family and friends, as soon as possible. I could write on and on about our delight in this apartment, but I urge you to come and see for yourselves!
