–          Great Locations – Primarily we are looking to work with property owners who may have long term rental apartments or villas in the city of Ljubljana, or family and vacation homes in its immediate surrounds. The property should ideally be close to plenty of amenities and services, including good public transport connections, nice cafés and restaurants, places for daily needs (e.g. supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies etc), leisure and sports facilities (e.g. parks, cinemas, swimming pools, gyms etc).

–          Flexible Rentals – From 3 to 36 months. The property should be available for at least 3 months. The more flexible the owner is, the easier it is to find a suitable tenant. We have discovered that most tenants are looking for something within the 6 to 24 months range.

–          Fully Furnished and Equipped – Most of our clients will be coming to stay in Ljubljana temporarily for work or business so this means that when they arrive they will only have their suitcases. Our clients expect to move into a fully furnished property that comes with a fully equipped kitchen that includes dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine (and dryer, ideally), as well as bed linens, towels, a vacuum cleaner, etc. And yes, services such as cable or satellite TV, DVD, stereo equipment and high-speed internet are all expected too.
