“Immaculate with everything you could need.”
A great location, immaculate and with everything you could need. We could have easily stayed longer than 2 nights. The contact with the hosts for the key pick-up wasn’t perfectly smooth and we were kept waiting a bit. We would have gone to a cafe if we had known how long it would take.

A lovely little studio in a nice location in Ljubljana. The studio was very cute and decorated really well. It had everything we could possibly need. The lady who checked us in was also very nice to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!

“A nice design with plenty of storage space.”
The location is perfect for visiting the city and the apartment has a nice design. Across the street from the studio, you can find cozy restaurants. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. It has plenty of storage space for 4 people. Our 2 teenagers liked the high bed and the WiFi was very good. The free parking is a short walk away but that wasn’t a problem for us.

“A fabulous apartment with a very kind owner.”
A fabulous apartment. It’s an ideal starting point for visiting Ljubljana. The location is excellent, only a few steps from the center and the pedestrian area. The supermarket, ATM and restaurants a few meters away. It was clean and equipped with all the comforts of a home. The host was very kind and also helped us to solve a small problem we had with the sticker for the highway and gave us some tips for visiting the city with 2 small children.

Everything was great. The FLA team was very friendly, competent and fast. The greeter even took care of a broken part from the washing machine.

A nice apartment with a comfortable living room. The bedroom got a bit hot because you’re quite close to the ceiling. There should be more towels for a longer stay. The greeter was very kind and enthusiastic. She knew a lot about Ljubljana and had great recommendations.

Both the apartment and the location are great. If you are not a lover of the typical hotels, this place is very comfortable but at the same time it offers a little bit of the everyday life in Lubljana’s atmosphere.

“Comfortable beds and nice staff.”
A very nice apartment in a quiet area, yet very close to the city center. Everything is within walking distance. The sleep quality was very good. We had comfortable beds, everything was clean and well equipped. The staff was nice and the pet was friendly as well! We would come back any time!

“We loved it!”
Very close to the city center. The apartment was well equipped and very nice. The staff was extremely flexible and nice too. We loved it! Parking on the street is nearly impossible and the parking machine operates from 07:00-17:00. If you park at 6 pm, you have to wake up early to pay for the next day as prepayment is not available.

“Excellent location.”
An excellent location, very close to the city center and you can go there on foot. Climbing on the bed was not pleasant because of the steep stairs. The linens were a bit old and there was no shower curtain and so the water spilled out.

“Really romantic!”
I lived in this studio for 2 months and I cannot say anything else but how at home I felt! It is really nice, functional, small but with all the space you need. If I had to describe it with 3 adjectives, I would use bright, warm and welcoming! The bed is a little high, but after the first night you cannot be without it. Really romantic!

We loved our stay in this apartment. It’s in a fabulous location. Easily within walking distance to everything but still nice and quiet. It’s a beautiful, clean and well designed apartment. Although small, there was plenty of room for our family of 4 because of its design. I would highly recommend it!
