The highlight of the vacation villa’s main floor is the bright, open plan living room that’s been fitted out with contemporary furniture and has wonderful picture windows that look out to the swimming pool and the gardens.

The living space features one of the five Smart TVs that are situated in different rooms around the villa, and for the cooler months there’s a fireplace to cozy up to.

Incidentally, the whole villa features underfloor heating and there are additional heaters in the bedrooms, while in the summer the central air conditioning will keep the interior of the villa cool.

In the dining area you’ll find a large dining table and eight chairs set adjacent to the modern kitchen which has everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable vacation. There is a stove, fridge and freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, microwave and the all important dishwasher, and the villa also comes equipped with a washing machine.

Another feature that proves this is definitely a luxury Istria rental villa is the sauna, located on the ground floor.

There is ample space for up to 8 guests to stay in this vacation villa with pool. The four bedrooms are all luxuriously finished and three of them have a private ensuite plus there’s an additional bathroom for use by guests staying in the fourth bedroom, so there will be no fighting for the bathroom here!

This level of privacy means the villa would work great for four couples or a large family, or even two families vacationing together.

While all four bedrooms are spacious and inviting, only one can be called the “master bedroom”. Larger and more luxurious than the others, this amazing room features a soaker bathtub actually in the bedroom, next to the window so you can enjoy a soak while admiring the views.

In addition there is a full ensuite bathroom as well, with a spa-like walk-in shower and the latest in bathroom fixtures.

There is a large and comfortable bed, wall-mounted TV, and a dressing table within the master bedroom while the vaulted ceiling and feature brick wall give this room a sense of space and character.

Bedroom two is also a bright room thanks to its dual aspect windows. There’s a closet for hanging your clothes in, and a glass petition divides the bedroom from its ensuite bathroom where there’s another large walk-in shower. This bedroom has a great view overlooking the swimming pool and the gardens.

It’s rare to find a vacation villa in Istria that has four bedrooms and it’s even rarer that all four bedrooms are of a good size and are suitable for adults or children.

Bedroom three is an excellent size and has its own ensuite bathroom. The modern bathroom has a nice walk-in shower while there’s another wall-mounted TV in the bedroom, and floor to ceiling windows let in plenty of light while offering picturesque views.

Bedroom four is the most compact of the villa’s four bedrooms, but it’s a lovely bright room with beautiful views. This is the only bedroom that does not have an ensuite bathroom, however, there is a full bathroom on the ground floor which can be used exclusively by guests staying in this room.

We mentioned the roof terrace earlier, but such an amazing feature deserves to be talked about again! The roof terrace is accessed via a set of (fairly steep) steps from the upstairs hallway. Once on the terrace you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and out to the sea.

There is a modern glass railing surrounding the terrace to keep you safe, but because it’s glass it means you can enjoy the views from wherever you sit, including from within the hot tub. Imagine soaking in the hot tub with a glass of wine in hand, watching the sunset – it doesn’t get much better than this.
