The soaring ceilings and big windows bring in plenty of light, perfect for painting and sketching, while today it’s a bright and inviting space that will have you feeling right at home the moment you arrive. The nods to its former residents don’t end there though – the walls feature beautiful works of art, and you’ll find interesting antique books lining the bookshelves in this holiday apartment.

And then there’s the location – just 1 kilometre from Old Town, this apartment is easy walking distance to the best of Ljubljana’s sights and attractions if you’re here for leisure.

On entering this bright Ljubljana rental apartment you’ll find the bathroom on the right and a door to the second bedroom, while in front of you is this lovely, open, inviting space, perfect for gathering together over a meal or relaxing in front of the TV.
Spacious Kitchen and Dining Room

The spacious kitchen and dining room opens out before you, leading through to the living room, just through the archway. So, there’s a little separation between the spaces but it’s still open enough that everyone can spend time together socialising, cooking a meal together and dining together. The dining table has a big banquette style bench for sitting at, providing ample space for everyone, even when the apartment is at full capacity.

The kitchen is modern and very well equipped, with the olive green cabinets giving a warm, homely ambiance and timeless feel. There’s an oven and stovetop, a large refrigerator, and even a dishwasher, hiding behind one of those doors! Toaster, kettle, essential condiments, and of course all the plates, pots and pans you should need are all included.
A Cozy Living Room that Doubles as Extra Bedroom

Through the archway from the kitchen is the cozy living room. A big, boldly coloured sofa provides a comfortable space for everyone to sit and chat, or watch the TV. This large sofa converts into an additional bed with a real mattress, suitable for two adults or children. It’s not a completely private sleeping space, but would work fine for extended family or good friends, or for children who don’t really need the privacy of their own bedroom.
What a Great Office!

From the living room, you can walk into the apartment’s lovely office. Very well designed for this space, the office features a large desk and loads of storage space for books and files. This is where this Ljubljana rental apartment really becomes a great choice for business guests and those who want an extended stay, as a private office space is quite a rarity among vacation homes in the city. There is free Wi-Fi included in the apartment as well, of course, and even if you’re not here for business, the office is a useful space for anyone who wants to catch up on emails or look up places to go.
The First Bedroom

The first bedroom connects from the office, but with a door between them there’s still full privacy for guests
From the office, you reach the first bedroom with its king size bed. The bed and the other furniture was designed to fit perfectly into the space, providing drawers and hanging space for all your clothes.

The Playful Second Bedroom

Steps take you up to the loft bed, while underneath there’s loads of storage space and an additional sofa bed
Bedroom two is a really fun and playful space, which is why we think this bedroom would be ideal for kids! Cleverly designed to maximise the square footage, the queen sized bed is up on the platform, allowing for space below to play in. There’s a built-in closet for your clothes, and bookshelf space with toys and games included. At the window end of the room is another work space with good-sized desk and shelves. This again makes this an ideal rental apartment in Ljubljana for business guests and those who are staying longer term.

There’s even more storage space up on the bed platform, and a good view out of the window!
The sofa underneath provides yet another additional space to sleep, accommodating one adult or child and taking the apartment’s total sleeping capability up to 7.

The bathroom is bright and clean, just like the rest of the apartment. There’s a full-size bathtub with a handheld shower, making this a kid-friendly space for younger children. There is also a handy washing machine in the bathroom, with hanging space above for drying your clothes.
