Welcome to the lovely and practical Levstikova rental apartment!  This is one of the best city center locations in my opinion.  Especially if you’re coming to Ljubljana with your family…

Peaceful and quiet, yet so close both to the historical Ljubljana Old Town and green Tivoli Park on the other side.

So let me tell a few things about two-bedroom Levstikova apartment.

I’m sure you’ll love this place.  It has all the characteristics of the ideal vacation home!

It’s the perfect combination of privacy, parking behind the gate, two cosy bedrooms with quality beds, private terrace with stunning views, complete thermal comfort in the summer and winter, high-quality appliances and a tranquil garden for outdoor fun.  In short, the ultimate setting for friends and families alike.

First and foremost, every inch of the apartment has been designed with the peace and comfort of its guests in mind. From the crisp white walls to the minimalist lighting and furniture, this apartment instils a feeling of calm and tranquillity, exactly the atmosphere we aspired to create for visitors wanting to relax after a long day in the city!

In addition to its serene setting, the apartment also boasts the advantage of new and high-end appliances to make everything just that little bit easier. From air conditioning to laundry facilities, Wi-Fi and an oven, this apartment really does have it all.

As mentioned, the location is as perfect as it can get.  It’s a very safe and quiet neighbourhood close to Ljubljana’s tourist delights.  Most of Ljubljana’s main attractions are ten to fifteen minutes on foot, such as Congress Square Opera House, or the National Gallery for example.

When it comes to the culinary prowess of Ljubljana, this apartment is a short walking distance to some of the city’s best bars, restaurants and cafes.  Joe Peña’s, Soba 102 and As Aperitivo restaurants offer delicious food and evening drinks, or (if you have more of a sweet tooth) Zvezda Café is also just 10 minutes away and serves the most deliciously decadent ice cream and desserts.

There is nothing we enjoy more than talking to our guests and hearing all about their stay in our apartment, here are the top 5 things that they loved:

Starting outside you’ll see that the apartment is located in a quiet residential building with its own large and lovely private garden for kids to play in and private parking lot which is perfect for families and friends who want to travel further afield and see all that Slovenia has to offer.

This building is located in a quiet part of Ljubljana city center, ideal for visitors aiming to strike a balance between bustling city life and a chance to relax and recharge.

The entrance to the building is on the safe and tranquil Levstikova Street and, with a chip needed to open the main door, you needn’t worry about security.

As you enter into the broad and spacious hallway, there is a wide staircase leading to the third floor. There is no elevator but it’s a quick and easy walk – perfect practice for when you decide to climb Ljubljana’s castle hill!

The door to the apartment opens onto a lovely lobby which is perfect for storing your shoes and coats; it also has a beautiful full body mirror – which means that you can admire yourself before stepping into town!

The lobby opens onto the naturally lit living area. Bright and modern, this spacious room offers everything you need for an effortless and enjoyable stay.

In the living area you’ll find a comfortable couch for lounging and lazing as you watch TV, as well as a large table and six chairs – ideal for sharing a meal with family and friends or for enjoying your coffee as you soak up the morning sun. The couch also converts into a cozy sofa bed for extra sleeping space.

The flat has its own private terrace and given that the apartment is located on the top floor, it means that you get great views of Ljubljana’s wooded hills.

Connected to the living area is the chic and sleek kitchen. Not just aesthetically pleasing, this kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a culinary treat (spacious fridge, dishwasher, oven, cooking essentials etc.) – that’s if Ljubljana’s amazing food scene hasn’t bored you yet!

The apartment’s bathroom is clean and fresh: it offers a modern shower, toilet, bidet, washing and drying machine and a hairdryer. To make things easier, washing detergent etc. is provided.

Just off of the living area are two large bedrooms, both with queen sized beds. As a family, my wife, kids and I love to travel – so we greatly understand the importance of a good night’s sleep!

Both bedrooms have wonderfully comfortable beds and fresh linen, as well as charming wooden chests and tables to store your belongings during your stay. The bedroom windows gaze out onto the dead end Levstikova street, which means that the only sound reaching your ears at night will be the sweet sound of silence!
