“Spacious and pleasant apartment”
Spacious and pleasant apartment, ideal location in a beautiful avenue lined with embassies, overlooking the Tivoli Park. Five to ten minutes walk to the old town, bars and restaurants. Very well equipped (dishes, kitchenware, washing machine, cot and high chair, lots of storage…). Parking space at the back of the building is very convenient if you rent a car to visit Slovenia. Located on the fourth floor without elevator. Very nice of the agency that manage the apartment. I highly recommend it!

“It’s a fully equipped apartment”
It’s a fully equipped apartment, really easy to get to the city centre and is located next to the police-office. A dishwasher is in there and a parking lot is available as well. Would love to visit this apartment again.

“A great place to stay in Ljubljana!”
This location is prime! We didn’t have to use our car at all because all of the things are within walking distance. (The walk up the stairs is no joke though.) We were travelling for the first time with our 4-month old baby, so it was nice to find a place that had free parking, in-unit laundry, lots of space to hang out in case the baby was being crazy and we had to stay in every evening (luckily she was a champ and we didn’t have to!). The hosts arranged for a pack and play and high chair for us, which was so nice because we didn’t know that was available when we originally booked. Not having to haul a travel crib was a big win. The master bed was comfortable, the air-conditioner worked well, the apartment was clean and the washing machine did the job. The only thing to really improve is the bathroom/shower situation. It does mention this, but I didn’t fully understand from the description that the only shower in the apartment is in the master bedroom. Not attached to it in a master bathroom, it’s just in the room. There’s a nice, bigger bathroom for the whole apartment but that one doesn’t have a shower (only a tub with no shower head option). Seems like an easy-ish fix for the hosts to just add a shower head to the tub, but, as it is now, neither bathroom is fully functional so there was a lot of back and forth for me while I was getting ready every day. Aside from that though, it is a great place to stay in Ljubljana!

“Very nice and big apartment on a quiet residential street”
Very nice and big apartment on a quiet residential street. Close enough, five to ten minutes walk to the old town and river, but also away from the noise of tourists. We had a great time in Slovenia and highly recommend. The hosts provided plenty of tips on things to do and helped us with booking a cab on our way out.

Lovely modern apartment and lovely greeter. Close to the centre but in a quiet neighbourhood. Perfect for a family. It is on the fourth floor so be prepared to go up with your luggage, but the stairs are clean, wide and comfortable. A plus for the parking place.

“Beautiful apartment, parking directly in the backyard”
Beautiful apartment, parking place is directly in the backyard, perfect location for visiting the old town, but still quite quiet. Many embassies are located in the area. Minus: the communication was slow and unsatisfactory. The exact time of arrival was required, which we could only specify with a time window of thirty minutes. As a result, we were standing in front of the house and did not know where to park and we weren’t told where to ring. So we had to wait until the young lady showed up.

“The time we spent in the apartment was a delight”
Each year three of us travel to a European City for a four day holiday. This year we chose to visit Ljubljana and as usual, we looked for an apartment which could easily accommodate the three of us. The apartment we selected was on Presernova street, which was a great decision. The apartment is a delight, clean, modern and spacious and most importantly easily within walking distance of the whole city. We were greeted by a very friendly Eva who showed us around the apartment and gave us some advice about the city sights, she was very helpful. To be honest we were not in the apartment a lot but the time we spent in there was a delight. Very comfortable.
There were a couple of minor niggles which we reported, only two wine glasses one of which was broken, but I am sure that has been corrected already. They were very helpful in allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment until half past two PM as we had afternoon return flights.
This is a great city and we were very, very happy with our Ljubljana apartments and the team!
A warning! There are a few stairs to climb as this beautiful building has no lift. We were not troubled by it but if you have health issues just be aware!

“This is a wonderfully located, large, very clean, fairly typical European apartment”
This is a wonderfully located, large, very clean, fairly typical “European” apartment (by that I mean somewhat sparsely decorated and towels that are air-dried so they are pretty scratchy – not a judgement but a note to anyone who lives in the U.S. and is used to designer decorations and fluffy machine dried towels). We walked into town every day – so incredibly close to everything (downtown – restaurants, bars, shops, sightseeing). The beds were very comfortable and the host provided plenty of pillows. We didn’t do any cooking while we were there but the kitchen was large and appeared well stocked. There were two parking spots available which were great but be sure to ask for a demo of how it works as it is a bit tricky. Also, note that it is on the fourth floor (and no lift) so the climb up is quite a few steps…not something you would want to do with a ton of luggage, a stroller or a lot of bags of groceries. Check in and check out was a breeze and communication with the hosts was very simple. Overall, a great apartment with parking and super close to the city centre!

This is a great location and a nicely decorated home. Some recommendation: Kitchen: a toaster would be nice. Bedroom: mirror required, shower drain is very slow, needs waste basket. Bathroom: mirror, small bathroom – sink faucet handle comes off, needs waste basket.

“If we are ever back in Ljubljana we’d stay here again in a heartbeat”
Fantastic luxurious apartment – this is one of those places that surpasses the photos. The living room has been reconfigured and the TV upgraded to about a fifty inch Samsung LCD flat panel mounted on the far wall in the huge living space. The comfortable lounging couch faces the wall mounted TV and was super comfortable for relaxing and watching one of the many English language channels available, or the included HBO on demand, or streaming your own Netflix connected to HDMI on the TV (just unplug the HDMI cable from the cable box and plug into your laptop). WIFI was super fast and always reliable.
The huge shower that is in the master bedroom may seem a little weird from the photos but it was terrific. The little bathroom off the hall was just that – very little but worked out fine for the two of us. The main bathroom had lots of counter space and there were heated towel racks in the shower and big bathroom for drying everything quickly. In our week long stay we even used the washer/dryer in the laundry room.
We slept great here, comfortable bed and with the bedroom in the back, it was very quiet.
This apartment spoiled us – beautiful place, great neighbourhood (the US Embassy is down the street), terrific location only about a ten minute walk to the main square on the river, plus the parking space for no hassles with parking the car. There isn’t an elevator but the walk up to the fourth floor was easy. We could live here for a month and if we are ever back in Ljubljana we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

This apartment is one of the most comfortable places we’ve stayed, in our travels as a family of three. The setup is perfect for a family with small children as the kids can be close by but completely separated as well. The open concept living and kitchen space is wonderful for evening family time and/or breakfasts together in the mornings. The free parking space is appreciated and the location could not be better – just in between beautiful Tivoli Park and the old town area. A quick five minute walk to cafes, shops, markets, restaurants and the sights of Ljubljana. This apartment is quiet, spacious, warm and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!
