Stylish modern apartment with balconies in Šiška district
Situated on the 10th floor of a brand new building in the Šiška district, this one bedroom apartment has magnificent views over Ljubljana and the surrounding hills. Those superb views are best enjoyed from the two balconies, accessed from the bedroom and open plan living room respectively. Throughout the apartment, interiors are bright and airy, thanks to the French windows, with polished wooden floors and fresh white walls. A roomy open plan living space, with a modern kitchen and living room, and a super stylish bedroom and bathroom, ensures an extremely comfortable stay for guests.

A bonus for corporate travelers is the apartment’s convenient proximity to the city’s ring road. However, the apartment is also just 2.5km from the Old Town where you have your pick of restaurants and bars in addition to the many historical and architectural attractions for which the city is renowned.
Enjoy a morning coffee on the terrace
Extending over 69m², the apartment is on the 10th floor of a brand new building in the Šiška district. Facing south east and away from the road, it has a peaceful outlook and is very quiet. The views from the apartment are quite spectacular, stretching over the city’s rooftops to the hills beyond. The apartment is accessed directly from the city’s ring road which makes it a convenient option for anyone arriving by car, particularly in view of the private parking facilities in the building’s underground garage.
The apartment comprises an elegant bedroom and bathroom and an open plan living space with a kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and dryer, and efficiently organized.
The best views are from the apartment’s two balconies where you can sit in the morning over a leisurely coffee, or marvel at the sunset over the city with a chilled glass of wine. Access to the balconies is from the living space and the bedroom, and both sets of French windows have black out electric blinds.
Living area
The bright open plan living space is simply but elegantly furnished. At one end of the room, French windows leading to one of the balconies allow in maximum light during the day but are fitted with electric black out blinds for nighttime. The living room section of the room features a two-seater sofa, plenty of cupboard space and a small coffee table. Should you need an extra bed, the sofa can be converted to a bed (160×200). An additional table is available if required.

Super sleek and efficiently organized, the kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A washing machine and dryer are housed in separate units.

Bedroom
The bedroom is simply furnished with a double bed (160×200) and masses of storage space. French doors with electric black out blinds lead directly on to the balcony.

The splendid bathroom is fully tiled with dazzling white walls and floors. With a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, towel rail, and sink with mirror and shelving, the contemporary hotel-style bathroom adds more than a touch of luxury to the tastefully decorated apartment.

Location
Situated in the Šiška district on the outskirts of the Ljubljana, the district is best known for the Center of Urban Culture Kino Šiška which puts on exhibitions of works by modern and international artists, and hosts concerts and other festivals.
The apartment is across the road from a grocery store and close to the open-air Koseze market where you can stock up on fresh organic produce and linger over a glass of wine or a tasty snack.
If you’re looking for green space, Tivoli Park is just 1km away in the center of the city. Extending over around 5km², Ljubljana’s largest park is a magnificent expanse of chestnut tree-lined walks and ornamental flower beds. From here, several walking paths connect to the slopes of the Rožnik hill.
Continue on into the city center for a daily dose of galleries and architecture. Alternatively, wander across the city’s many bridges, including the art nouveau Dragon Bridge and Cobblers Bridge, visit the Central Market and take time to visit the magnificent Castle.
When it comes to food and eating out, there’s plenty on offer in the Old Town, including the Monstera and Gujžina restaurants. One of the hottest new openings in town is the boutique bakery Pekarna Ana, established by chef Ana Roš who is best known for her Hiša Franko restaurant in Kobarid and the only Slovenian winner of two Michelin stars. Pop in to the bakery for bread and patisserie enhanced by the very best seasonal Slovene produce.
If you have time to explore beyond the city, easy access to the main ring road will speed up journeys to a number of attractions. A car sharing company, Avant2Go, situated across the road from the apartment, is a good option if you need to rent a car. Highlights include Lake Bled and Bled Castle, around 50km from the apartment, and, around an hour south of Ljubljana, the world’s largest cave castle, Predjama Castle, and the nearby 24km long Postojna Cave. For nature lovers, Kranjska Gora, close to the Julian Alps, offers some superb hiking.
