Our Luwigana 1-bedroom apartment is contemporary and bright, and sure to appeal to anyone who loves modern design, furniture and fixtures, where everything is brand new. Luwigana Residence is, in fact, a completely new building, only just recently built, so you would be hard pushed to find a more modern apartment in Ljubljana!

Being a new building, you may think Luwigana apartment would be situated in the newer part of the city, so it’s a nice surprise to discover that this vacation rental is only a few minutes walk from the Old Town and its attractions, perfect for leisure tourists, and equally only a few minutes walk from banks and businesses, making this an ideal spot for business travellers too.

With a modern building, you get up-to-the-minute amenities and technology such as a smart home system, Wi-Fi, air filtration, electric window shades, in-floor heating, A/C, and a Grandstream IP Video Phone. This open plan space is large, bright and inviting, and incorporates the lounge and dining areas, with the kitchen offset behind the dining room. White walls keep the space bright, while the wood floors and Scandinavian-inspired custom furniture brings warmth and practicality.

The comfortable sofa is ideally placed for a relaxing evening, watching a movie on the large flatscreen TV, or catching up on your reading, and when you do want to dine inside the apartment, the dining table has enough space for four; great if you made some friends while sightseeing!

Sliding doors lead you out to the private terrace, while to the other side of the dining table you have easy access to the kitchen. The sofa in the living room can also double as a bed for an extra visitor or child.
