Situated on the first floor of a modern, medium-sized residential building in Ljubljana’s Moste district, the apartment extends over 55m², featuring a light-filled open plan living room, a double bedroom and a stunning new modern bathroom with walk-in shower. You will find ample storage space, thanks to wardrobes in the bedroom, living room and hall, with the added advantage of extra storage in the basement for anyone planning a longer stay.

The apartment is ideal for short stay visitors – couples and small families – providing a comfortable living space furnished with top quality materials and amenities. Design features include polished wood floors, elegant light fittings and stylish furniture.

However, the apartment is also eminently suitable for corporate guests. Apart from its convenient location, close to town and the city ring road, the accommodation is equipped with everything you might want to make a working stay in the city as carefree as possible. High end features include air conditioning and underfloor heating, darkening electric blinds and a fast and stable optic internet connection. The kitchen has all necessary appliances for self-catering during your stay and a utility area houses a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner and ironing board.

Guests traveling by car can take advantage of the single parking spot in the underground garage. This can be accessed with a remote key which will be provided at check-in, and from there, a lift takes you directly to the apartment floor.

Living area

Showcasing attractive modern design and a polished wood floor, the open plan living area is lovely and bright thanks to the large floor to ceiling glass doors that lead out to the balcony. The living space has a dining table for four which doubles up as a pleasant place to work. At the end of the day, relax back on the large comfy sofa that converts to a double sofa bed, and choose from 120+ channels to watch on the big flat screen TV.

Kitchen

The kitchen is tucked neatly into one corner of the living room, separated by a breakfast bar that doubles up as a worktop, and is well equipped with all mod cons. Appliances include a dishwasher, 4-plate cooker with induction spot, oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee machine, mixer and microwave.

And to make life in Ljubljana even easier, we provide a range of essential items, including oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets.

Bedroom

The master bedroom is simple but stylish, with large floor to ceiling windows that extend over almost two walls, ensuring a constant stream of light into the room. Alongside the double bed (180 x 200), a spacious double wardrobe provides ample hanging and shelf space. Bed linen is included.

Bathroom

Location

Situated in Moste in the east-central part of Ljubljana, the apartment is 2.9km from the Old Town. There are good connections to the BTC shopping center, and the bus station is just 3 to 5 minutes away on foot.

A good selection of local restaurants provides guests with the flexibility of dining out. Tuck into excellent Neapolitan pizzas at Pizza Verace or choose either pizza or from a more extensive à la carte menu at Grad Kodeljevo. Alternatively, Hiša Pod Gradom, close to the Castle, offers an excellent range of traditional Slovenian dishes.

For corporate guests and fitness fans planning a longer stay in town, the apartment is close to the famous Kodeljevo sports park, a superb leisure center featuring an athletic track and main grandstand, a superb 50m Olympic size pool, children’s pools and a range of other facilities including tennis, a gym and bowling alley.

Beautiful and colorful Miklošičeva road, just around the corner from Dalmatinova street.

A short 5-minute car journey (or 10 minutes by bike) will take you straight into the Old Town where highlights include the Central Market, Cobblers Bridge and the iconic Art Nouveau Dragon Bridge. Enjoy visits to Ljubljana castle and the Botanical Garden, established in 1810 and home to over 4,500 different species and subspecies, with highlights including the Arboretum and the tropical plant Glasshouse.

If you are travelling by car, and interested in exploring beyond Ljubljana, the city’s ring road is easily accessible from the apartment. Experience some of Slovenia’s natural green space with an excursion to Golovec, to the south east of the city, where the hilly area offers several pleasant running trails. Other highlights of the region include the charming historic town of Kamnik, the scenic Kamniška Bistrica valley, and around an hour south of Ljubljana, Predjama Castle and nearby, the 24km long Postojna Cave.
