      Check into this centrally located Ljubljana apartment and enjoy contemporary living with a view. Set on the fourth floor of the building, with lift access, there are views of Ljubljana Castle and garage parking. With spacious rooms and plenty of storage space, the apartment is ideal for families or business travelers planning a longer stay in the city. For corporate guests who require separate accommodation for colleagues, there is the option of booking a one or three bedroom apartment in the same building.

      The accommodation features two double bedrooms (plus a double sofa bed), a bathroom and separate toilet, and a fabulous open plan living room with a kitchen and dining area. Three massive floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room lead out to a terrace furnished with a coffee table and chairs and with views over the city.

      One’s immediate reaction on entering the apartment is of open space. Extending over 100m² on the fourth floor of the building, it is characterized by stylish hardwood flooring that runs throughout the living room and bedrooms, with freshly painted white walls set off by matte finishes on kitchen surfaces, and furniture in natural wood and muted shades of grey.

      Microscopic attention to detail is what really sets the property apart. You’ll find plenty of storage space, a utility room, modern light fixtures and electric blinds on all the windows, and an AC unit in the living area. For those arriving by car, a parking spot in the garage below (fee applies) adds an extra dimension of convenience.

      One of the big attractions of the apartment is the outside space. French windows lead from the living room on to the main terrace (15m²), furnished with a table and chairs, and with views across the city.

A grocery store on the ground floor of the building makes shopping for everyday basics extremely convenient, and with the apartment being so close to the center of town, you’ll also be spoilt for choice when it comes to places to eat.

      Although it’s easy – and fun – to hire bikes in the city, the best way to explore the Old Town is probably on foot. Stroll through the pretty streets, crisscrossing the river via the city’s famous Dragon Bridge and Cobblers Bridge. Unsurprisingly, however, the best views of the city are from the Castle, which stands on a lofty position above the city and is visible from the apartment.

      If you’re interested in architecture, take time to explore the works of Jože Plečnik, Slovenia’s most important architect, whose legacy in Ljubljana includes churches, palaces, bridges and the National and University Library. Plečnik was also responsible for the Central Market, a covered market situated between two squares along the river Ljubljanica.
      For nature lovers, the apartment is within easy walking distance of the city’s popular Tivoli Park, a huge open space with lawns, wooded areas, cafes, and fun adventure playgrounds.
