Ljubljana Apartment For Six
Near Old Town

Just 500 meters from Old Town, this building, Tržaška cesta, is drenched in Ljubljana history. Over a century ago, it was a tobacco factory, with the first cigarette made in 1877 and the last in 2004.

The building also boasts cultural awareness and event/educational organizations, alongside various residential suites and apartments. With the mix of public and private properties, there’s 24-hour security, with a female guard who’s become sort of a legend amongst the residents and business owners. She’s kind, eager to help with anything at all – and above all, quite a character.

Tržaška cesta takes its name from Italian city Trst, or, in English, Trieste, due to its orientation. (This name was first mentioned in 1787.)

The building offers front parking spots, none of which are private or reserved (but free for the residents), along with a low-cost parking just around the corner, making it simple for you to come and go.

A Ljubljana Duplex

The duplex itself relies on modern construction, making it bright and urban, with the occasional, artistic reminder of the building’s past. The old “bones” of the building, including the columns, are incorporated and highlighted in the modern design, weaving a breathtaking web of history and modernity.

The entrance is fancy, boasting a couch and a full-sized mirror for last-minute touches to your outfit before going out.

The Neighborhood: Food and Surroundings

On the first floor of the apartment building, find a self-service restaurant, featuring a cook who produces her food on land on the outskirts of Ljubljana. Every day, she prepares homemade, traditional dishes—at low cost, and with health in mind. She offers the very essence of Slovenian flavor.

Nearby music venue with Jazz, Blues, and DJ’s

Behind the building, find a live music venue called Zoo, which offers jazz jam nights, Ethno and Blues concerts, and even DJ parties in their underground club. Despite being a small country, Slovenia boasts incredible talent in art and music—leaving you much to discover, just around the corner.

The walk to Old Town is a scenic seven minutes, whilst the entirety of Slovenia is a straight-shot from the nearby highway or the bus stop, right in front of the building.

Owner’s gift to the guests – personally designed

Beyond that, she designed the Ljubljana snowball, which will be awarded to the first 100 guests. Good luck!
