Exclusive Ljubljana Apartment Duplex Loft with Three Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms

We call this apartment a Maxi Duplex apartment. Why? Because it's (much) bigger than our Mini Duplex apartment.

This three bedroom, two bathroom Ljubljana apartment with almost 150 square metres (over 1500 sq. feet) on two floors can easily accommodate eight, even nine guests.

For one, two or three couples, a bigger family or a group of friends this spacious and elegant apartment can really be an exquisite and luxurious place in the heart of Ljubljana...

Big and comfortable sofa sits in the center of the spacious loft on the lower floor. It can turn into a double bed. Air conditioning keeps the apartment cool in the warmer days.

Ceiling on the lower floor is over 3 metres high (10 feet plus).

The apartment is on the second floor (with no lift). Stairs and hallways are clean and bright. There are night sensor lights all the way from the building entrance to the apartment. (On the left you can see a door which leads to a Studio apartment on the first floor.)

Ljubljana is considered one of the safest cities in Europe. Krakovo is a safe, pleasant and very popular part of the Old Town Ljubljana. You can read more about Maxi Duplex's favorable location on the Mini Duplex page.

On the photo above you can see a terrace in front of the apartment's entrance. A terrace stays cool in the summer months as it gets no direct sun throughout the day (only when the sun is setting)... so it's perfect for relaxing before or after a day of exploring and sightseeing.

A terrace is quiet as there is no street or road in sight. It offers great views of Ljubljana Castle and Ljubljana gardens.

Kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, four burner glass-ceramic cooktop, toaster and all other necessary kitchen utensils.

A bathroom on the lower floor has a shower, toilet and a large sink with two faucets.

Library has some fiction and many non-fiction books on different subjects (in English).

There is also a computer for guests to use. If you travel with your own notebook or some other mobile device you'll be pleased to know that a Wi-Fi signal is strong on both floors of the apartment.

Stairs lead to the upper floor where you can find three bedrooms and a master bathroom...

Looking out of the windows (seven altogether on the lower floor) you can enjoy pleasant views of greenery and trees all around the apartment building.

This is the upper floor of Maxi Duplex apartment. Straight down the hall there is a master bedroom, left a master bathroom and two additional bedrooms behind each door on the right.

Bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. Sound proof windows are installed on both floors of the apartment.

This bedroom has screens to keep the early morning sun out of the room.

All three bedrooms are air-conditioned.

This is a view from the master bedroom. Ljubljana Castle which is located prominently on the hill above the Old Town is Ljubljana's number one landmark.

In the master bathroom there is a bathtub, toilet, bidet, sink with two faucets and a washing machine.

A bathroom receives natural light from the west which creates a pleasant and romantic ambiance when the sun is setting. There's also an underfloor heating in the bathroom.
